The other day, I was reading a couple of quality standards, one of which requires mandatory adherence, and I paused for a moment at the section on HR management. The truth is, it took me perhaps two minutes at most to read what not one but both standards have to say on the subject. One of them, for example, states things such as:
Management shall identify employees’ training needs and define a training plan accordingly (depending on the number of employees).
Or:Management shall ensure that employees have the training required for the activities they carry out.
