People First: The Hidden Key to Hotel Transformation

THE IDEA

In the age of automation and dashboards, the hotels that succeed will not simply be the most digital—they will be the most human. This article explores how to redesign hotel transformation around people: employees first, guests next, and technology as an enabler rather than an end in itself.

In recent years, we have become familiar with concepts such as "digital transformation", "automation", "predictive analytics" and "artificial intelligence" as though they were the gospel of hotel progress.
